Because everyone will need support at one point in their lives and I want to be in the right place at the right time. By being present and truly authentic I partner with you directly, challenge your standard thought process and ultimately make the difference.

Coming from the family of medical doctors and teachers helping others has always felt very natural to me, one may even say it is in my DNA. And although the expectations can often be quite high to get into a medical scrub, I have always known my form of supporting individuals is outside the operating theatres.

I am qualified Professional Performance Coach with over 20 years of work experience that includes over 15 years in pharmaceutical recruitment and sales environment, where I: 

• worked for the world's leading CROs (Contract Research Organizations) 
• built teams for the Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies
• grew teams for start-up companies and partnered with stakeholders across all levels (including board-level)
• have reviewed over 40,000 job applications and supported over 9000 industry professionals in their career moves so far
• coached and consulted individuals located in Europe, US and Asia Pacific

I also hold Masters degree from the University of Surrey, UK and Personal Performance Coaching Diploma from the Coaching Academy in London.
